Cricket’s is a Lubbock institution — 30+ years of history, generations of Texas Tech students, and a reputation that precedes it across the South Plains. When The Good Group acquired Cricket’s in 2024, the mission wasn’t to change what made it special. It was to invest in it.

Full revitalization in under six months. Updated systems, refreshed operations, and a renewed commitment to the community that built Cricket’s in the first place. The result: $2.3M in its first full year under GG management. The name stayed. The legacy stayed. The business got better.
