Two Concepts. One Location. Maximum Revenue.

When GG acquired The Vault in San Marcos, the vision was always bigger than one concept. Saké Bar & Bistro was built to complement The Vault; a creative, high-energy shot bar fueled by sake, with a full food menu that turns the same property into a dual-revenue engine. Marketable drinks, late-night bites, and a refined atmosphere that gives guests a reason to arrive early and stay late.

The result: two brands, one lease, and a per-square-foot revenue model that most single-concept operators can’t touch. Saké is now expanding to new markets as a standalone concept, proof that what starts as a complement can become its own growth vehicle.

Venues

Every venue in our portfolio is built around the identity of the campus it serves; its rivalries, its traditions, its students. No templates. No franchises. Five concepts, each one engineered from the ground up.
